01Do I need a separate registration?+
No. Login creates an account on first use and signs in existing users. Use your USDT BEP20 wallet address and password.
02Which deposit currencies can I use?+
The deposit screen lists all currently enabled currencies and networks, with their current minimums. Availability and limits can change; review the current payment request.
03When does my machine start?+
After the required payment confirmations and validation. A pending transfer does not activate a plan. Keep your transaction reference if review is needed.
04Does accrual continue when I leave?+
Yes. The server calculates accrual from elapsed time during the active term. The animated display does not determine your balance.
05How are principal and returns handled?+
Each plan states whether principal is returned at maturity or included in its accrual. Review the total scheduled return. Displayed rates are contractual schedules, not guaranteed outcomes.
06How often can I withdraw?+
Once every 6 hours, in USDT BEP20 only, subject to available balance and the current minimum. A confirmed failure refunds the reserved amount once and releases eligibility. Pending or uncertain transfers cannot be submitted again.
07How do referrals work?+
Your unique six-digit code can be entered before a new account is created. You earn one level of 10% commission on that referral’s confirmed external plan deposits. Reinvestments and self-referrals are excluded.
08Can I change my wallet or recover access?+
The login wallet is the withdrawal wallet and cannot be changed through self-service. Reset a forgotten password with your recovery code. Never share your password, recovery code or wallet seed phrase.
